Cameras Africa, Kenya’s and East Africa’s leading retailer and distributor of IT, accessories and content creation equipment has officially partnered with MindMe International, a Non-Governmental Organization operating in Kenya aimed at empowering communities through sustainable development on a countrywide digital empowerment training program.

The initiative intends to impart skills in content creation, photography, filming, graphic design and gaming development.

The partnership, which has other strategic partners to be announced soon, will ensure training and empowerment workshop opportunities around various creative genres. These skills include content creation, photography, filming, graphic design and gaming development which are to be brought closer to the people.

On signing this one of a kind partnership, the founder of MindMe International Mr. John Wambugu and Chief Executive Officer of Cameras Africa Mr. Parag Savla stressed on the importance of localizing and decentralizing these skills to impact youth in the counties and other interested demographics across the country.

The partnership between the two organizations will kick off this month of May 2024, county to county and across various universities and other learning institutions.
